INGREDIENTS
- 5 lb russet potatoes
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Steam potatoes for 15 minutes.
- Turn the burner on low. Mash the potatoes over low heat, allowing all the steam to escape, before adding in all the other ingredients.
- Add butter.
- Add cream cheese.
- Add half and half.
- Add seasoning salt.
- Pour potatoes into casserole dish and slice 1/2 stick butter on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.
