Creamy Mashed Potatoes



INGREDIENTS

  • 5 lb russet potatoes
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt

INSTRUCTIONS


  • Steam potatoes for 15 minutes.
  • Turn the burner on low. Mash the potatoes over low heat, allowing all the steam to escape, before adding in all the other ingredients.
  • Add butter.
  • Add cream cheese.
  • Add half and half.
  • Add seasoning salt.
  • Pour potatoes into casserole dish and slice 1/2 stick butter on top.
  • Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.
