Ingredients
- 11 eggs
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup breakfast sausage
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 48 mini tutor tots
- 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
- 1/4 cup avocado
Directions
- Cook tator tots for 5 minutes
- Grease muffin pan and push 4 tots down into each cup
- Combine egg and cream
- Add all other ingredients to egg mixture
- Pour mixture into cups (about ¾ full)
- Top with more cheese
- Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
