Bread Maker Pizza Dough





Ingredients

  • 4 cup flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp warm water

Instructions

  • Add all wet ingredients to the bread maker
  • Add flour and salt
  • Make a small tsp sized hole in the flour and add yeast
  • Set bread maker to dough cycle
  • Preheat over to 500F and place stone in the over to heat
  • Roll dough out on flour-sprinkled piece of parchment paper
  • Add sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice
  • Using a wooden paddle, slide the parchment paper with pizza on top onto the hot stone
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes
